The Level Up Coaching Guidelines

This is the format every student will follow when asking questions Ndira on call:

1: Explain  to Ndira the problem or as the Question

2: Tell Ndira the solutions you have considered

3: Ndira will then give her advice & suggestions on what is the best course of action.

What is the reason you want coaching?

  1. You want more time with Ndira
  2. You are seeking business questions to be answered.
  3. You are taking one of Ndira’s courses but are struggling to move forward.

What you should know:

Coaching isn’t for persons who expect someone to create their business for them; it’s not hand-holding. I’ll assist you in making the best choice, and you’ll bring solutions you’ve thought of.

Each biweekly coaching session is entirely focused on strategy; there is no idle chatter or time wasted.   Because I value both your and my time, every call is intended to be concise and useful.

Instead of sending sporadic messages throughout the week, I offer my finest thoughts during our live calls. This preserves my time and energy, allowing me to perform at my best and produce tangible outcomes.

How can I tell if I’m not a good fit?

  1. if you are really unable to pay for it. (With any business investment, please refrain from being financially reckless. Sure, push yourself and take a small chance. However, it would be foolish to go and wager the house on me.
  1. if you plan to sign up but skip the two monthly calls. Sure, if you have to miss one here or there. However, the goal of this is to assist you in implementing and developing. Its purpose is to ensure accountability. Please know yourself and don’t participate if you aren’t an implementor; I don’t want you as a student if you won’t do the work I suggest.
  1. Whether you have held previous coaches accountable for your failures. My radical self-accountability means that I have benefited from EVERY coaching program I have ever participated in, even the most dreadful ones. I can learn a lot about you if you whine about a previous coach. If that sounds like you, I hope you’re turned off since I’m not interested in drawing in that type of student. With all due respect, go join the genius of someone else.

What is meant by “Lifetime Access”?

It implies that for as long as the program is in place, you will be able to access it and the regular calls. I’ll be experimenting with this for at least 12 months. For many of my pupils, it’s a good next step. The Lifetime is for Level up Coaching program which is 12K minimum.  I am offering it to my Transformative Group for the next 6 months.

Why are we meeting twice a month instead of weekly?

As a teacher and a student, I have experience in a variety of coaching settings. Once a week is excessive since it leaves you with no time to put what you are learning or understanding into practice. I have therefore determined that we shall meet every other week. 

For at least 12 months, this transformative program will be in operation. We will go on endlessly if I agree. For the duration of the program, you will be able to attend.

Who can Join Your coaching Program?

Any kindhearted person, regardless of gender, identity, or background, provided they are fiercely honest and ambitious.

Why don’t you offer payment plans on this?

I am only accepting people who business is doing well enough to pay the minimum $3000with no effect. You’re in if you agree to contribute $3,000 up front. No playing small, no second-guessing. Since it indicates that you’re serious, this should make you feel a little uneasy. I’m not searching for a hundred individuals who are just somewhat devoted and may leave when things become difficult. I want students who are passionate about growing their business, ready to take action, and fully committed.

What if I don’t have $12k?

Here, you have a few choices. 

1. You can sit out this round if you decide it’s not exactly the right match for you yet. 

2. You can investigate PayPal and Stripe financing. 

3. It can be charged to a credit card. (Please only do this if you intend to pay it off over the next 30 to 60 days and are totally dedicated to showing up to this coaching container.) 

4. You can decide not to invest and keep using my free materials and low-cost e-books and courses.

5. In the end, the appropriate individuals will be able to tell right away if it’s a good fit. The remaining 99% members of my community will not experience that intense pull, and they should decide not to make this commitment.

How do I pay and get started ?

There is very little onboarding because this service is purposefully very basic and uncomplicated. The link and password to attend the biweekly video calls will be sent to you via email. Prepare to start right away by attending the very next call. We want you to arrive with your business questions ready because this is a no-nonsense environment.

What time are the calls?

Remember, in order for us to be here, we all had to adjust our calendars and reschedule. I am aware that everyone has things going on; it’s just a fact of life, particularly for business owners. Instead of coming up with reasons why the schedule won’t work for you, pencil it in just like any important meeting on your calendar.  I know that one time won’t work for everyone because I’ve previously attended crucial coaching calls from a vital mentor at one in the morning.

A schedule will be set on our first call. Every conversation will be recorded, and if you can’t make it in person, you can send in your questions in advance to have them addressed during the conference.

I’m purposefully only accepting a small number of students into Level up Coaching program at this time, and once those slots are taken, that’s it.
